EarMax Media was born out of frustration at the lack of time and attention given to podcast advertising.

Ralph and Andy could hear first-hand how budgets were being wasted with poor ad placements and were constantly dismayed at the unimaginative and grating ad creative.

So after meeting in Sydney at the end of 2023, they decided to partner up and do things properly. 

EarMax do all their podcast media buying direct with networks, publishers and independent podcasters, ensuring there's no wastage, whilst utilising the expertise and the craft of award-winning sister agency Eardrum to produce unskippable ads.
