As part of our campaign with client NordVPN, we were tasked with finding podcasts that spoke to their key demographic and integrating their key product features, such as security and defence, through authentic host-reads.
Cue the ‘NordVPN Defence Play Of The Week’ with Bloke In A Bar, which went out across Spotify, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
Bloke In A Bar is a video podcast that spans audio, Spotify video and YouTube, meaning there is more opportunity for integrated content, where the segments and host-read ads are baked into the episode and Live there forever.
It also gave us social media assets so that the same segment from the podcast can reach audiences across all Bloke channels, extending the reach and meeting his audience at every touchpoint.
The Omnichannel approach allowed us to reach audiences with links in the description across all touchpoints, directing people to use NordVPNs special offer, where we tracked purchases from the show and delivered on ROAS.
